The 2021 'Sitting in a tree' merlot from Travis is richer than previous vintages. A long and cool ripening period allowed the fruit to hang out on the vine without the acid dropping away. The result is a wonderfully full-flavoured Merlot with a balanced acidity that keeps it medium-bodied and fresh.
