A Rosé made from Pinot Noir and Syrah that were picked on acidity. They were direct pressed, barrel fermented, then matured in seasoned French oak over winter. The resulting wine highlights the fruit and texture of the style, while retaining a nice acid line. Think fields of berries and forestal spice, white and red cherry and a nip of tannin.
